Hospitals are not my favorite places

Well last Monday was one of the worst monday's ever.  I ended up having to go to the er bc I lost feeling in my arm and had blocked vision. They thought I had an acute stroke behind my eyes. I had a cat scan and an MRI and both cleared the stroke.  they had to cut out my belly button ring because it was a tension ball one (whatever) bc you can't have any medal on you when you go in for an MRI.  It was so embarrassing to have a nurse have to deal with your belly button.  I'm horrified.  They had me stay overnight bc they were worried that my arm went dead bc of a blood clot so they wanted to watch me. My sister just so happened to be in town so she came and stayed w me til my mom got here. Becca and cathy dropped off a bag for me too which was super nice. Complete w cheetos, diet coke and oozing skulls. Weirddddd.


I'm apparently low in vitamin b12 which causes dizziness, numbness, loss of speech so I'm getting shots weekly. Cool. My mom has the same problem. Good to know that I don't have the shit in my body that reacts well w whatever B12 is.

I'm not sure if i could have been more annoyed than what i was on tuesday night.  i took off my heart monitor stickys and was about to rip the IV out of my arm.  i hadn't showered since 6am on monday morning, everyone and their mother was poking me with needles and asking me what my symptoms are.  READ the chart and then talk to me.  if i had to repeat myself one more time, i was going to punch someone.  i'm pretty sure that the nurses on the neuro floor were scared shitless of me.  good, serves them right.  now i owe 20k in hospital bills, my hand is all bruised from having blood drawn, i look like i shoot up bc my elbows are all red, and i am less than pleased.
